The Authority seeks to award a contract for comprehensive cleaning services for buildings and public toilets in the East of the Park, including specific locations such as Grassington Visitor Centre and various WCs.
YDNPA Cleaning contract Eastern area tender 2025. The Authority wishes to award a contract for the cleaning of buildings and public toilets, in the East of the Park, the service to include: A comprehensive cleaning service: a) Cleaning Buildings: Grassington Visitor Centre b) Cleaning Offices: Grassington main office / Grassington Cottage c) Cleaning Public toilets at: Grassington WC / Linton WC / Buckden WC / Kettlewell WC The contract will run between 1st April 2025 and 31st March 2028. The Authority will have the option to extend the contract for a further two years. Either the Authority or the Contractor will have the option to terminate the contract by giving 6 months' notice.
