Consultancy agreement for the provision of services to deliver resident insights for West London Waste Authority. Contract(s) will be put in place for the delivery of insights for the six constituent boroughs of London Boroughs of Brent, Ealing, Harrow, Hounslow, Hillingdon, and Richmond upon

Thames through West London Waste.

The Contractor shall be responsible for undertaking an evidence-based recommendations and carry out a baseline assessments in 2023/24 for each of the participating boroughs ensuring sampling is accurately representative of the varying socio-economic/demographic makeups and housing types. The initial assessment to be carried out and completed by 31st March 2024.
