The in-house operation New Paths plans to set up an "outreach coaching" for the catchment area of all job centers in the Bergstrasse district.
As part of the "outreach coaching", employees of the measure executing agency should visit the described target group in their living space in order to lead them back to case management. Help is to be offered by the outreach people in order to gradually show ways of integration into the labor market, cooperation with the service provider and other labor market partners. The main features are the invitation to talk to the job center or the forwarding to a suitable measure.
