The contract form for the selected architect is in accordance with the principles of “Total Engineer”. All design disciplines (architecture/urban planning, architectural, mechanical advisor, electrical advisor, building physical advisor, constructor and cost expert) are accommodated with the responsible

Architect. In phase 2, the Architect will describe the advisors with whom he wants to design this project.

The scope of the project is divided:

· Schoolhouse approximately 6,700 m2 GFO

· Outdoor spaces approximately 6,000 m2
