The subject of the procurement is the satellite image analysis service, which includes:1.Satellite image-based area monitoring - detection and analysis of markers using the calculation of certain marker values in the specified time periods. Markers are identified agricultural activities (plowing, mowing, harvesting, crop groups, homogeneity/heterogeneity) and non-agricultural objects in area monitoring facilities.2.Establishment of a data exchange system: a new data exchange system must be established or access to an existing data exchange system at the Service Provider's disposal must be provided, through which data exchange can be carried out in a machine-readable form.3.Support services: The service provider must update and improve the system used to calculate the value of markers; retain metadata for calculating token values, ensure data protection and provide other support services.
