The object of the order is the service.
The subject of the contract includes:
Receiving and landscaping of municipal waste from all properties located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Sandomierz, where the inhabitants reside.
Equipment with containers and bags of inhabited property located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Sandomierz.

Estimated amount of waste to be received from inhabited properties
in 2022 (basic order)
Based on the amount of received individual types of municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Sandomierz in 2020 and the amount collected directly from the property residing from the area of the Municipality of Sandomierz, individual types of municipal waste in the period I-VIII 2021, it is forecast the following quantities of municipal waste for collection from inhabited properties from the area of the Municipality of Sandomierz in 2022 (by types of waste):

The quantities of waste indicated above are the estimated quantities given for the purposes of the Contractor's preparation of the tender and the Contractor's calculation of the maximum value of the contract. These quantities are subject to change during the execution of the order.

— Information on municipal waste collected directly from properties located in the municipality of Sandomierz, taking into account waste collected in the PSZOK in 2020
— Estimated amount of waste for receipt from inhabited properties in 2022 (basic order, option right).
— Inf. nt. the collection and frequency of collection of municipal waste, equipment with containers and bags, timetable for the collection of waste, management of received municipal waste from property owners, Contractor's reporting duties, Contractor's duties in the field of activities information and educational, the standard of sanitary performance of the contract and the protection of the environment, the obligation to keep records related to the activities covered by the contract, the detailed manner of handling in the event of a finding of non-selective waste collection, detailed requirements to entrepreneurs (...) and other terms of service.
— Inf. for subcontractors, joint application for award of contract, reliance on resources of other entities, employment requirement (in accordance with Article 95 (1) upzp) by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship, see the Specification of the Conditions of the Order.
The Contracting Authority does not provide for the obligation/shall not allow the Contractor to carry out a local vision and to verify the documents necessary for the execution of the contract available on the spot with the Contracting Authority referred to in Article 131 (2) upzp.
The Contracting Authority does not provide for the provision of advances for the performance of the contract.
The Contracting Authority does not provide for optional indications for the exclusion of the Contractors under Article 109 of the Law Pzp.
Criteria for evaluation of bids
1) Price — weight criterion 60%.
2) Meeting European emission standards - min. EURO 6 or powered by LPG gas, CNG natural gas or electric drive complying with the environmental protection requirements of cars used for the execution of the contract — a criterion weight of 20%;
3) Invoice payment deadline — 20% criterion weight.
