The City of Tornio Group's electricity sales contract has been put out to tender, as a result of which the margins and contract terms of the electricity seller are agreed upon. The final electricity billing price consists of the seller's margin, profile cost, SYS and EPAD price fixations made in percentages and/or unattached spot shares, and the production and consumption volume fee valid at any given time during the transmission period of the transmission system operator Fingrid.
