Bradford College requires one total facilities management services contractor to fulfil its requirements and manage these services to the agreed outputs as detailed within this specification.

The enclosed restricted OJEU tender provides information for consideration with respect to the College’s contract for the supply of total facilities management services. Included within the total facilities management services provision are the following services:

• building cleaning services;

• mechanical, electrical and building fabric maintenance services, Porterage and Caretaking;

• manned guarding services.
