It concerns a (non-exclusive) framework agreement for the supply and installation of workstations (desktop, laptop, printer, tablet, smartphone, accessories...), software licenses and subscriptions, network equipment (switch, Wi-Fi, firewall,...), server resources (server, NAS, UPS, rack, cloud services,..), presentation infrastructure (projector, touchscreens, large screens, audio system, ...) and all support services (delivery, installation, training, maintenance, website development, project management, short-term rental, all-in services at fixed price/user/month...).

Financial formulas, leasing and renting may be permitted insofar as this financial formula is comparable as a calculable result based on a fixed algorithm communicated in advance that starts from the purchase price that would apply to regular purchase.

For example: leasing over 36 months = (purchase price + 5%)/ 36 with a residual value of 5% of the purchase price.
