1. The subject of the contract is the performance of services for the needs of the Chamber of Tax Administration in Poznań and subordinate organizational units in the field of collection, transport and destruction of items.

2. The order item was divided into 2 parts.

Pursuant to Article 95(1) and (2) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the contractor, subcontractor or further subcontractor to employ on the basis of an employment relationship, within the meaning of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510, as amended), persons performing activities directly related to the destruction of objects. This obligation does not apply to drivers and a safety adviser for the transport of dangerous goods. Detailed requirements for the implementation and enforcement of the employment requirement under an employment contract are set out in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ.

1. Part No 1 – Destruction of objects by incineration:

(a) tobacco refuse (cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos, dried tobacco, etc.);

(b) waste from processed textile fibres (clothing);

(c) plastic waste;

(d) laundry detergents;

(e) paper and paperboard.
