The subject of the contract is the purchase of specialist equipment for the Hospital Clinical Department of Neurosurgery of the Mazovian Specialist Hospital Sp. z o.o. in Radom:

1. Ultrasonic knife – 1 pc

2. Surgical neurosurgical headlamp – 2 pcs.

3. Neuronavigation system – 1 pc.

The subject of the contract is the supply of an ultrasonic knife specified in detail in Annex A to the SWZ. The scope of the contract also includes training of the medical and technical staff of the Ordering Party as well as warranty and service services related to the subject of the Delivery, specified in the draft provisions of the contract.

The subject of the contract is the supply of a neurosurgical surgical headlamp specified in detail in Annex B to the SWZ. The scope of the contract also includes training of the medical and technical staff of the Ordering Party as well as warranty and service services related to the subject of the Delivery, specified in the draft provisions of the contract.

The subject of the contract is the delivery of a neuronavigation system specified in detail in Annex C to the SWZ. The scope of the contract also includes training of the medical and technical staff of the Ordering Party as well as warranty and service services related to the subject of the Delivery, specified in the draft provisions of the contract.
