The contract concluded is a single-beneficiary framework agreement. The framework agreement will be implemented as the order forms are issued. It is concluded without minimum or maximum (article R. 2162-4 3º). The market is broken down into five lots. Lot 3 is reserved for structures for integration through economic activity (see RC).
