23106 - ACQUISITION OF INDUSTRIAL SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT AND WORKSHOP MATERIALS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE AIS.
The activity of Sustainment in Operational Condition (MCO) of airframes, equipment and aircraft engines for the benefit of the forces implies for the AIS the use of industrial resources. These industrial means include tools and other consumables necessary for the production activity. The purpose of this consultation is to address this need.
This consultation concerns a multi-successful framework agreement which will be awarded to one or more economic operators and will lay the essential foundations for the award of subsequent contracts, referred to as follow-on contracts, taken on the basis of it. This framework agreement therefore grants shared exclusivity to the service providers thus retained for a fixed period. The maximum number of successful tenderers under the framework agreement is set at 3.
A first multi-awarded follow-on contract with purchase orders will be notified with the framework agreement. It will be able to be done in part by acquisition card.
For the duration of this first subsequent contract, the licensees will have to offer on a dedicated merchant site all the items from the manufacturers' catalogs distributed by the licensees, according to the families and brands that will be identified in the market.
During the period of validity of the framework agreement, for items not listed on the dedicated e-commerce site, subsequent contracts concluded on the basis of the framework agreement will be awarded after a competitive bidding process between the holders of the framework agreement.
This re-competition will take place when the need arises.
The supplies covered by the framework agreement are standard industrial tools and means (tools, hardware, etc.), non-aeronautical ingredients and consumables, workshop furniture and "core business" industrial tools and equipment, for which specific technical specifications may be set.
