The investment is financed from the Government Fund Polish Governance: Strategic Investment Program.

1. The scope of the contract includes:
1) Road industry:
a) construction of a single-carriageway, two-lane class road with a length of approx. 406 m (beginning from the roundabout on Sobieskiego Street to the intersection with Klasztorna Street), including a roadway with an asphalt surface 7 m wide with a full structure.
b) Reconstruction of intersections with the district road of Świętokrzyska Street and municipal roads of Kamieniec and Zielona Street with full construction.
c) Construction of a right-hand pedestrian route with permitted bicycle traffic with a width of 2.5 m made of phaseless concrete paving stones with full construction.
d) Reconstruction of the left-hand pavement made of concrete paving stones of variable width.
e) Construction of 1 bus bay with a concrete surface with full construction.
f) Construction and reconstruction of individual and public exits made of concrete paving stones with full construction.

a) Reconstruction of the overhead line along Młodzieży polska Street.
b) Reconstruction of teletechnical sewage system along Młodzieży polska Street and within the intersections with Zielona Street and Świętokrzyska Street.
8) Teletechnical industry – reconstruction of the Beskid Media Sp. Z o.o. network:
a. Reconstruction of the adss areo as04 24j cable line along Młodzieży polska Street.
The investment is financed from the Government Fund Polish Governance: Strategic Investment Program.
2. The procedure shall be conducted by open tender. The proceedings will be conducted in a reverse procedure, i.e. in application of Article 139(1) of the Act.
3. Evidence measures in question:
In the case of the use of materials, devices, products or equivalent solutions within the meaning of Article 99(5) or Article 101(4) of the Act, the Contractor is obliged to indicate them in the offer and to submit together with the offer technical sheets or other equivalent documents confirming that the offered offer/ equivalent solutions meet the requirements of the Ordering Party described in the subject of the contract.
If the Contractor does not submit the above-mentioned documents or the submitted documents are incomplete (thus not confirming the equivalence of the offer in the scope described in the description of the subject of the contract). The Ordering Party shall not call for their submission/supplementation.
4. The contracting authority does not provide for the award of a contract consisting in the repetition of similar construction works referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Act.
5. This task will be financed from the Ordering Party's own resources (own contribution) and from co-financing from the Government Program of the Polish Bank: Strategic Investment Program, on the terms indicated in the Preliminary Promise for investments carried out in a period not longer than 12 months, and which will ultimately be indicated in the Investment Promise. The Investment Promesa shall be granted to the Ordering Party at its request after the completion and settlement of the procurement procedure resulting in the selection of the Contractor.
6. The Contracting Authority shall grant the Contractor an advance payment for the performance of the contract in the amount of 5% of the gross price of the offer. The advance payment will be made to the Contractor in the form of a one-off payment. The Contractor is obliged to lodge an advance security in accordance with Article 442(3) of the Public Procurement Law. The security for the advance shall be fixed at an amount corresponding to 100 % of the amount of the advance.
