Technical planning according to HOAI Part 4, Section 2, § 55, LPH 2-9, Plant Groups 4 and 5

In some parts of the Katharinuem building, the existing electrical system (high-voltage current and IT) is technically worn out and has reached or exceeded the end of its service life. A basic repair and renovation of the electrical system in the affected parts of the building is planned.

The renovation will be accompanied by a building construction project (strengthening of floor slabs) in some rooms.

The total costs of KG 300 – 400 were estimated at a gross volume of approx. € 1,850,000. The above-mentioned total costs are to be understood as upper limits to which the services in all service phases must be aligned. For this purpose, offices are invited to participate in the competition that cover the range of services for technical planning in accordance with § 55 HOAI and have implemented similar measures in the past. The following procedure is carried out: In phase 1, potential applicants are invited to participate and submit the application for participation with the required evidence. In phase 2, the requests to participate received will be examined and the number of admitted candidates will be limited. Phase 2 candidates will be invited separately to a negotiated procedure. The awarding of planning services in accordance with HOAI is carried out in stages.
