Oksenøya centre, area 9.7 at Fornebu, is the first of the 3 last centres for social infrastructure subject to development at Fornebu. The area is situated inside the Fornebu ring /close to the Nansen Park. The following shall be realised at 9 July Oksenøya:

— primary school - 5 parallel,

— nursery school with 300 places,

— multi-purpose hall,

— artificial grass field,

— local environment /the school’s outdoor area,

— residential and treatment centre /nursing home (BBS), 150 residents,

— parking basement.

The combined GFA for the project is approximately 30 000 m2. The primary school with multi-purpose hall, artificial grass field, local environment and nursery school with outdoor area shall be completed for school start /nursery school start in August 2022. The residential and treatment centre shall be completed during Q4 2022. Final handover shall occur after a commissioning phase of approx. 12 months. The project will be implemented as 3 lots, respectively the school, nursery school and residential and treatment centre. One project manager shall be procured per project. The assignment is awarded as 3 lots.
