The subject of the contract is the provision of services by the "Contractor" to Miejski Zakład Komunalny Sp. z o. o. hereinafter referred to as "the Employer" in the form of:

- manual waste sorting services at the sorting plant located in Leżajsk at ul. Podolszyny 1, provided by 17 people with waste,

- a service for loading solid waste, provided by 10 people,

- car and tractor driving service (permissible total weight 3.5 t), provided by 1 person.

The subject of the contract is the provision of services by the "Contractor" to Miejski Zakład Komunalny Sp. z o. o. hereinafter referred to as "the Employer" in the form of:

- manual waste sorting services at the sorting plant located in Leżajsk at ul. Podolszyny 1, provided by 17 people. The work will consist of selecting and sorting on the sorting line an assortment such as: plastic packaging, foil, waste paper, glass, metal and other materials indicated by the Employer, cutting and emptying bags with waste, which aims to improve the further segregation process, and also works related to maintaining cleanliness and order at workplaces, as well as on the premises of the plant and in its surroundings,

- solid waste charging services, provided by 10 people. The work will involve the collection of mixed and segregated municipal waste (moving and emptying containers with garbage, loading on cars, collecting and loading recyclable materials) from the areas served by municipalities by the Employer,

- car and tractor driving services (permissible total weight 3.5 t), provided by 1 person. The work will consist in driving and servicing cars and devices used for transporting waste from the areas of communes served by the Employer.

The total number of people providing services will be 28 people, including 2 foremen (one per shift). Foremen must have active licenses to operate forklifts and loaders (including telescopic ones), and the driver must have an active driving license category B and B + E.

The services will be provided from Monday to Friday in a two-shift system, i.e.

1st shift - from 7:00 to 15:00, 10 people sorting waste manually, 10 people loading solid waste, 1 person driving a car.

2nd shift - from 15:00 to 23:00, 7 people sorting waste manually.

The detailed number of people at each change may change and be determined by the Employer in monthly work schedules. The Purchaser reserves the right to change working hours.
