The invitation to tender will be conducted as a public tender in accordance with the Offering Act (Executive Order No. 1564 of 15 December 2015, as amended). The offer includes transport and treatment of dangerous goods which are categorized in the requirements specification.
The offer includes 2 partial agreements. For each sub-contract, a framework agreement is concluded on the basis of the draft agreement and the requirements specification included in the tender documents. Each framework agreement is concluded for a 2-year period with the possibility of renewal as options of 2 x 1 year. If necessary, the extension is subject to unchanged contract terms.
The date of entry into force of the framework agreements is expected to be 1.9.2019.
The oil filters are mainly metal filters but cardboard filters may occur. Oil filters must be sent for recycling. The recycling takes place by reprocessing oil and metal for recycling.
The supplier must make a sufficient number of the 660 L container (approximately 120 pieces) available for collection at SMOKA.
The containers must be functional, labeled and with bags.
Empty uncleaned packaging, consists of large packaging, drums and pallet tanks packed on pallets by primary hazard class.
Annual estimated volume of 50 tonnes.
