The object of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement for electronic gaming machines (later on referred to as EGMs). The framework agreement will be made with five (5) suppliers unless there are fewer suitable suppliers and admissible tenders. The agreement period is two (2) years with the option of extending the contracts with 12 months and further with another 12 months.

As a result of the tendering procedure, Ray will make a framework agreement with five (5) suppliers (in case at least 5 acceptable tenders have been received). Ray has chosen to make an agreement with five (5) suppliers because of the need of wide range of EGMs at Casino Helsinki and Ray's other gaming locations. The EGMs need to be purchased from multiple suppliers to be able to gather a mix of machines that vary in appearance, progressiveness, themes, etc.
