The Committee of the Regions intends to sign a framework contract for the supply, installation and commissioning of metering systems for electricity, thermal energy (hot and chilled water production), water (consumption of domestic supply and technical water) and gas in the buildings occupied by the Committee of the Regions and the European Economic and Social Committee in Brussels as part of their EPB and EMAS objectives.

For information only, the contract would include:

— electricity metering installation: approximately 170 items,

— volume metering installation: approximately 30 items,

— calorimetry installation: approximately 25 items,

— gas metering installation: approximately 5 items.

The supply and installation of various devices also includes a series of work involving, inter alia:

— cabling to make facilities that already exist suitable for integrating the electricity metering devices,

— hydraulic plumbing and electrical installation to make facilities that already exist suitable for integrating the volume and energy metering devices.
