The contract concerns the execution of ordinary preventive / scheduled maintenance, extra-fee ordinary maintenance interventions and extraordinary repairing / replacement and / or redevelopment interventions with reduced environmental impact (in compliance with the D.M. Environment Protection of the Territory and Sea published in G.U.R.I. n. 90 of 04.04.2020), necessary to preserve and maintain the municipal green heritage and the related technological and urban furniture equipment as required by the specifications and related annexes. The activities covered by the service detailed in the project and elaborated available on the Empulia portal.

The activities covered by the service are listed below:

1. care and maintenance of lawns and lawn surfaces: mowing, trimming of edges and walkways,

2. 2. care and maintenance of trees: pruning containment of false pepper;

3. care and maintenance of palms of the genus Washingtonia and Phoenix canariensis: pruning;

4. care and maintenance of the tiles: manual hoeing and weeding, cleaning, of tiles enclosing furnishing trees, including cutting suckers and suckers at the collar of adult and / or recently planted tree specimens;

5. care and maintenance of flooring in green areas: removal of weeds, raking and cleaning of lawns, flower beds, walkways, sidewalks and paths, however paved;

6. uncultivated areas: maintenance of grassland of any size by mowing, immediate collection and disposal of waste material;

7. "on-call" and "first aid" service in urgent cases.

8. possible supply of labour, materials and means for extra and economic services;

9. additional services that may arise from contingent emergency situations and therefore of significant risk for public safety (eg adverse weather conditions, snow, strong wind, etc ...);

10. compilation and presentation to the director of execution of the service of weekly reports of maintenance activities carried out in compliance with the time schedule;

11. compilation and presentation to the Director of Execution of the service of final reports, complete with the supporting notes, for the execution of any extraordinary interventions in the economy;

12. compilation and submission of the waste management and disposal plan before the start of the service.
