The subject of the contract is the provision of cemetery, stonemasonry and masonry services at the municipal cemetery in Piaseczno. Details of the subject of the contract are included in the SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of cemetery, stonemasonry and masonry services at the municipal cemetery in Piaseczno, hereinafter referred to as "the cemetery".

2. The services referred to in paragraph 1 shall include:

1) digging graves along with securing the area and cleaning the area after the work;

2) bricking graves with the use of the contractor's materials and securing the area and cleaning the area after the work;

3) exhumations from earthen graves, taking into account the costs of the contractor's exhumation bag, as well as the cost of securing the area and cleaning the area after the work has been carried out;

4) exhumations from brick graves, taking into account the costs of the contractor's exhumation bag, as well as the cost of securing the area, opening the vault, closing (bricking up) the vault and cleaning up the area after the work - opening the grave (moving the tombstone is a separate service);

5) maintenance services for earthen graves, taking into account the costs of securing the area, digging, filling the coffin and cleaning the area after the work;

6) services of keeping brick graves, taking into account the costs of preparing the cavern, possible replenishment of the "felca" in order to vault the grave, vault the grave with concrete slabs, close the slab and weld it and clean up the area after the work;

7) dismantling and assembly of tombstones;

8) dismantling and assembly of monuments (tombstones);

9) services of undermining and lining graves, taking into account the costs of securing the area, excavation, materials, bricklaying and cleaning the area after the work.
