The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive shunting services for wagons and train sets of "PKP Intercity" S.A. The subject of the contract has been divided into 7 separate parts:

1) part 1 of the subject of the contract – shunting service at the Świnoujście, Kołobrzeg, Słupsk, Lębork stations;

2) part 2 of the subject matter of the contract – shunting service at Gdynia Główna and Hel checkpoints;

3) part 3 of the subject of the contract – shunting service at the Zbąszynek police station;

4) part 4 of the subject of the contract – shunting service at the Zakopane police station;

5) part 5 of the subject of the contract – shunting service at the following stations: Racibórz, Gliwice, Stalowa Wola Rozwadów, Wisła Głębce (Uzdrowisko);

6) part 6 of the subject matter of the contract – shunting service at the Bielsko Biała police station;

6) part 7 of the subject of the contract – shunting service at the Wrocław Central Police Station.

1) Performing shunting works with the Contractor's shunting locomotive together with the Contractor's multiple unit and the Contractor's shunting team, related m.in to the substitution and displacement of passenger trains, switching on and off wagons/groups of wagons (reforming the train composition), coupling and decoupling of train locomotives with train sets and ad hoc works commissioned by the Contracting Authority not included in the shunting work plan - applies only to part 1 of the contract, taking into account the following conditions:

(a) the replacement of the train depot to the track at the platform at the initial station shall be carried out no later than half an hour before the scheduled departure of the train,

(b) the withdrawal of the train depot for the drain tracks shall take place no later than half an hour after the arrival of the train,

c) in order to guarantee the reliability of the services which are the subject of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to have at its disposal a sufficient number of shunting locomotives equipped with fuel and consumables (to perform the services in accordance with the provisions of the contract). All locomotives must have a certificate of technical efficiency, approval for operation on the PKP network issued by the Office of Rail Transport on the basis of the Act of 28.03.2003 on rail transport (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 602, as amended).

2) performing shunting works with the Contractor's shunting teams in a crew of one or two people with the use of shunting and train locomotives of the Contracting Authority and/or the Contractor, consisting in substitution and withdrawal from/to the parking stations of passenger train sets operated by the Contracting Authority, changes in the train schedule (reformation of the train composition), switching on and off additional wagons and connecting and disconnecting train locomotives with the wagon set, as well as performing ad hoc shunting needs in rolling stock parks, on station tracks, at rolling stock maintenance points – applies to all parts of the contract.

(3) coupling and uncoupling of wagon groups consisting in the inclusion and/or inclusion of a wagon/group of wagons from/to the train. Within the scope of coupling/uncoupling of a group of wagons, the coupling and uncoupling of locomotives is included.

4) performing manoeuvring work in a one-man crew during the removal of the EMUs for defecation and launching.

(2) coupling and uncoupling of wagon groups consisting of incorporation and/or incorporation of a wagon/wagon group from/to a train. Within the scope of coupling/uncoupling of a group of wagons, the coupling and uncoupling of locomotives is included.

3) carrying out manoeuvring work in a single-man cast during the deposition of EZT for disinfection, ditching.

1) performing shunting works with the Contractor's shunting teams in a crew of one or two people using shunting and train locomotives of the Contracting Authority and/or the Contractor, consisting in substitution and withdrawal from/to parking stations of passenger train sets operated by the Contracting Authority, changes in the train schedule (reformation of the train composition), switching on and off additional wagons and connecting and disconnecting train locomotives with the wagon set, as well as performing ad hoc shunting needs in rolling stock parks, on station tracks, at rolling stock maintenance points – applies to all parts of the contract.
