The subject of the contract includes the collection of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste, biowaste, metals, plastics, multi-material packaging waste, glass, paper, bulky waste, construction waste, collection and management of municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK), bulky waste (including bathroom ceramics, bathtubs, shower cabins, washbasins, etc.) and waste electrical and electronic equipment and emptying street bins in the municipality of Skoki. The order was divided into three lots.

1. The subject of the contract includes the receipt of:
(a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,
b) bioodpadów,
(c) paper,
d) metals, plastics, multi-material packaging waste,
(e) glass,
f) bulky waste and furniture,
g) construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste,
and delivery of this waste to the Nowe – Toniszewo – Kopaszyn Waste Management Plant managed by Międzygminne Składowisko Odpadów Komunalnych Sp. z o.o. (MSOK Sp. z o.o.), Toniszewo 31, 64-102 Pawłowo Żońskie.
2. The Contracting Authority informs that the Contractor, before delivering municipal waste to the municipal installation of MSOK Sp. z o.o., is obliged to read and apply the currently applicable Company Regulations of the installation.
3. Within the scope of the subject of the contract, the service includes:
1) Collection directly from the owners of real estate on which residents live and from the owners of real estate on which residents do not live and from the property on which there is a summer house or other property used for recreation and leisure purposes, on which municipal waste of the following fractions is generated:
(a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,
(b) paper and paperboard and packaging of paper and cardboard,
c) metal, plastics and plastic packaging, multi-material packaging,
(d) glass and glass packaging,
(e) biowaste.
The waste listed in point 3(1)(a) and (e) shall be collected in containers.
Separately collected waste specified in point 3(1)(b), (c) and (d) shall be collected in bags. The exception is waste collected selectively in the Family Allotment Gardens, which are collected in bags or collective containers of the BELL type, the so-called "nests". Waste collection from the area of Family Allotment Gardens (ROD) takes place in a mixed system, i.e. both directly from the property and from the rubbish gazebo.
4) Collection from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located in Skoki, at 10A Rogozińska Street:
(a) paper,
b) metals, plastics, multi-material packaging waste,
(c) glass,
d) furniture and other bulky waste,
(e) construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste.
and delivery of this waste to the Nowe – Toniszewo – Kopaszyn Waste Management Plant managed by Międzygminne Składowisko Odpadów Komunalnych Sp. z o.o. (MSOK Sp. z o.o.), Toniszewo 31, 64-102 Pawłowo Żońskie.
Collection of municipal waste fractions from property owners (listed in point 4 point 1). from containers or bags, with the capacity and colors specified in the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the City and Commune of Skoki with the following frequency:
A. residential immovable property:
1) from single-family development areas:
a) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste – at least once every two weeks;
(b) metal and plastics, multi-material packaging waste, at least once every two weeks;
c) glass – at least once a month;
d) paper – at least once a month;
(e) bio-waste, at least once every two weeks;

1. The subject of the contract includes one-time collection and management of furniture and other bulky waste (including bathroom ceramics, bathtubs, shower cabins, washbasins, etc.), waste electrical and electronic equipment, directly from the real estate on which the residents live and from the property on which the summer house is located or other real estate used for recreation and leisure purposes, coming from the so-called "exhibitions".
2. The subject of the contract includes a service consisting in the collection and management of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located in Skoki, at Rogozińska 10 A:
(a) hazardous waste arising in households,
b) expired medicines and household chemicals,
(c) waste not eligible as household medical waste as a result of injecting medicinal products and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes;
d) waste accumulators and batteries,
(e) waste electrical and electronic equipment,
f) used tyres,
(g) waste textiles and clothing.
(h) iron and steel
and to deliver it to a recovery facility or a transhipment station and, in the case of small quantities of separately collected waste, hand it over to the collector. REMARK! The Contractor is obliged to indicate such installations in the offer. Loading waste from PSZOK lies with the Service Contractor.
3. Frequency of collection of municipal waste from PSZOK:
a) hazardous waste generated in households, – at the request of the Ordering Party within 2 working days from the date of notification,
b) expired medicines and chemicals arising in households, – at the request of the Ordering Party within 2 working days from the date of notification,
c) waste not eligible for medical waste generated in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, – at the request of the Ordering Party within 2 working days from the date of notification,
d) waste accumulators and accumulators, – at the request of the Ordering Party, within 2 working days from the notification of the Ordering Party within 2 working days from the date of notification,
e) waste electrical and electronic equipment, – at the request of the Ordering Party within 2 working days from the date of notification,
f) used tires, – at the request of the Ordering Party within 2 working days from the date of notification,
g) textile and clothing waste, – at the request of the Ordering Party within 2 working days from the date of notification,
h) iron and steel - at the request of the Ordering Party within 2 working days from the date of notification.

Emptying street bins in the municipality of SkokiThe subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting of:
1. Emptying street bins for municipal waste, with capacity approx. 35 l, in the amount of approx. 250 pieces, located in the municipality of Skoki along with waste transport, ordering
and maintaining cleanliness around the bins and emptying street baskets for dog droppings in the amount of 8 pcs. located in the city of Skoki. The contracting authority reserves the right to set additional baskets in new locations during the term of the contract (the expected amount is a maximum of 10 baskets during the term of the contract).- The contractor should take this into account when preparing the offer. The subject of the contract includes areas located in the city and municipality of Skoki.
2. Emptying containers placed within places customarily used as bathing areas, used seasonally in the municipality of Skoki.
3. Collection and management of waste from intervention actions (e.g. tires, bulky waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment, etc.) and collection and management of waste from the ecological action, i.e. "Clean Up the World".
4. The scope of work performed under the subject of the contract will include the following activities:
a) emptying street bins,
b) emptying baskets for dog excrement – bags for baskets are delivered by the Ordering Party according to needs,
c) emptying containers placed within places customarily used as bathing areas, used seasonally,
d) equipping with containers for collecting municipal waste places customarily used as bathing areas indicated in Annex 3 to OPZ,
e) cleaning up the area around street bins, i.e. collection of abandoned waste around bins (in bulk or in bags),
f) collection and transport of bags with municipal waste collected by employees for intervention works directed by the Town and Commune Office in Skoki,
g) collection and management of waste from intervention actions (e.g. tires, bulky waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment, etc.) and ecological action, i.e. "Clean up the world".
h) keeping records of collected waste from serviced properties.
(i) management of the waste received.
During the term of the contract, the Ordering Party provides for the collection and management of approx. 1.5 Mg of waste from intervention actions (e.g. tires, bulky waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment, etc., including waste from the "Clean Up the World" campaign), at the request of the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party reserves the right to set additional baskets in new locations during the term of the contract. The expected amount is a maximum of 10 baskets (including street baskets and dog droppings baskets) - during the term of the contract).
