New extension of the Peter Pan School in Ibbenbüren, Dörenthe; General contractor service

The district of Steinfurt is planning the construction of a turnkey school building for a special school with a focus on "language" in 49479 Ibbenbüren-Dörenthe as an extension to the existing school building complex. The new building is to be constructed as a 2-storey school building (ground floor + 1st floor) with a partial basement. The new building will be connected via a connecting corridor that connects directly to the existing building and is part of the foyer unit. The chosen design/construction method of the new extension building is to be realized in timber construction in the EH40 NH standard and achieve DGNB certification in the silver certificate level (version 2018, usage profile educational buildings), as well as the QNG-PLUS seal.
