Object planning of buildings (architectural services) with specialist planning for the supporting structure and fire protection (from LP 5) for the renovation and conversion of the individual monument "Alte Mensa" in Wismar

The Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH of the Hanseatic City of Wismar intends to comprehensively renovate and convert the "Alte Mensa" with the aim of re-establishing its headquarters at the location. The building, erected in 1972 - 75, is a listed building.

It is intended to award the necessary planning services for the object planning of the building (architect) with the specialist planning of the supporting structure and fire protection from LP 5 as a result of the VgV procedure.

The service includes all necessary planning services for the object planning of the building initially LP 5-7, as well as 8-9 optional, the structural design LP 5-6 and the fire protection according to AHO issue 17, LP 5, as well as 8 optional.

The client reserves the right to gradually commission individual or multiple service phases until the completion of the construction work. There is no legal claim to the commissioning of the overall service.

The basis of the assignment is the fee contract template. After commissioning, processing must begin immediately.
