- The object of the contract is the execution of the management service of the Municipal School of Music of Pineda de Mar, in accordance with the benefits and characteristics specified in the Technical Specifications,

- The provision of this service entails direct benefits in favor of the citizenry and the prescriptions specified in article 312 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on Public Sector Contracts (LCSP) must be met,

- The regulation of the service that is contracted and the inventory of goods assigned to the service, are attached as annexes to the PPT.

The object of the contract is the execution of the management service of the Pineda de Mar municipal music school, in accordance with the benefits and characteristics specified in the Technical Specification.
