In order to define the future development guidelines of the water supply network, the Pays de Grasse Urban Community (CAPG) wishes to have a diagnostic study of the drinking water network in the municipality of Grasse. The service also includes the implementation of a Water Safety Management Plan (Pgsse), at the scale of the catchment area and then the production and distribution of water.

The market includes a firm slice and 2 optional tranches.

Firm slice:

Phase 1: State of play

This phase consists of drawing up an inventory of the existing situation and then carrying out an analysis of production, distribution and consumption.

Phase 2: Measurement campaigns

On the basis of the assessment established in Phase 1, a summer measurement campaign and a night-time sectorization campaign will be set up in order to know the behaviour of the network in terms of flow, pressure and tidal range and to highlight the malfunctions and improvements to be expected.

Phase 3: Computational Modeling

Based on the campaign results obtained, the existing hydraulic model will be updated and used to make a diagnosis in current, future and crisis situations.

This exploitation of the model should lead to the proposal of scenarios subject to a technical and economic study.

Phase 4: Works Program, Master Plan and Distribution Plan

This step consists of establishing a prioritized multi-year work program grouping together actions in order to meet the challenges of the coming years.

Water Safety Management Plan (WHSMP)

This additional service consists of establishing a health safety management plan at the level of the catchment area and then the production and distribution of drinking water, following a functional and organizational inventory, a study of the hazards and the assessment of the associated health risks.
