The framework agreement is executed within the context of a group of orders established on the basis of Articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-8 of the Public Order Code with the following contracting authorities: Bordeaux Métropole, city Bordeaux, Bordeaux CCAS, city of Taillan-Médoc, city of Ambarès-et-Lagrave. The coordinator of the order group is: Bordeaux Métropole. The coordinator is responsible for the procurement, signing and notification of contracts. The competent tender committee is that of the coordinator. The members of the group ensure the technical and financial execution of the contracts concluded for their own needs.

Market form: with purchase orders without minimum or maximum with a single economic operator. Award of a single market. Framework agreement concluded as of the notification of the contract for an initial period of maximum 10 months. The initial period will end on 1.9.2020. Estimated amount of benefits for the duration of the framework agreement: EUR 400 000.00.
