Foundation via single and strip foundations with a base plate. Precast walls on the ground floor, brickwork on the first floor. 7 parking spaces, storage and social area. Extended shell construction including earthworks, underground lines, industrial underfloor heating, earthing system and steel hall construction.

Brief description of the service depot:

Foundation via single and strip foundations with a base plate. Masonry, prefabricated walls and in-situ concrete, single storey. Workshops, car sheds and social building. Extended shell construction including earthworks, underground lines, industrial underfloor heating, earthing system and steel hall construction.
