Housing and Care 21 is tendering for commercial and BSM services (including servicing and repairs), this tendering opportunity will be split into 6 regions (see document 8 in Delta for a visual breakdown).
The contract term is 5 years with the possibility of 2 extensions; the first extension will be for 3 years and the second extension for 2 years (5+3+2).
Housing and Care 21 core aim is to select suppliers select suppliers who can work with HC21 collaboratively and produce innovative solutions to issues.
Suppliers may bid for all regions but will only be successful for a maximum of 2 regions.
