The Trust requires a comprehensive security service that is competent, effective, efficient and of high quality, and meets the needs of the site. Security staff should be professionally supervised and provide a flexible, efficient, friendly and supportive service to the staff and patients of the Trust in accordance with specified standards. The Trust operates a car park management system using a third party and this system provides a contribution to the overall security requirements of the site. The operational interface between the security service and the car park management company and staff is an important aspect of this service.
