The scope of works to be carried out includes: Reconstruction of a housing estate, low-parameter traditional, duct and central heating network in the technology of pre-insulated pipes PEX distributing heat from the group heat substation "W" to buildings in the area of Wieniawskiego, Witosa and Hutnicza streets in Tychy into a high-parameter heating network in pre-insulated pipe technology, with the arrangement of repeaters with connections to buildings. Construction of 28 pcs. individual substations
In the framework of the reconstruction of the heating network, in particular:
(a) preparatory work marking the start of construction, i.e. geodetic delineation of the route of the heating network and development of the construction site,
(b) the order and supply of preinsulated heating fittings and pipes and other materials and equipment necessary for the execution of the subject of the contract,
(c)electrically welded open or closed shall be used; radiation-crosslinked heat shrink may be used for outer jacket diameters less than or equal to Dz160;
d) installation of a pre-insulated heating network with an alarm installation in accordance with the design documentation and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works from fittings and pipes pre-insulated with thickened insulation with a total length of the heating network ~ 1775m
e) along the network from pre-insulated heating pipes (scope according to the project) lay a 2xRHDPE DN40/3.7 repeater for data transfer cables according to the "guidelines for the construction of the secondary sewerage network" (Annex 6 to the SWZ), with a leak and patency test and perform a detailed as-built assembly scheme with geodetic measurement,
(f) examination of all (100% quantities) of joints welded by visual and radiographic methods (in the absence of the possibility of using the radiographic method, penetration or magnetic and powder tests shall be carried out with the consent of the supervision inspector),
(g) strict as-built documentation of the alarm system, i.e. assembly diagrams, reflectometric charts, resistance measurements,
h) strict as-built geodetic documentation of the district heating network, i.e. the positions of all welds, elevations of the area, ordinates of the heating pipes and their wheelbase, field sketches with appropriate signs enabling their easy connection, geodetic documentation must be carried out on an ongoing basis, as the assembly works of the heating network progress. The nominal diameter of the line pipe and the outside diameter shall be indicated using the designation e.g. 2c600/800 for single pipes, c40+40/180 for double pipes and the symbol 2t40 for secondary sewerage. Two continuous lines shall be used to mark the axes of single pipes; before submitting as-built geodetic documentation to geodetic resources, its acceptance by the Ordering Party should be obtained, dismantled heating networks should be removed from the map in geodetic resources, and decommissioned should be marked as inactive; information about the completed task should also be submitted to the geodesy department in order to include/update data in the geodetic records, the so-called ZUD; The Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with a clause on positive verification and acceptance of the network to the geodetic resources within 6 months of final acceptance.
Other description of the heating network order in accordance with Annex 3 to SWZ. The scope of work related to the delivery, installation and commissioning of nodes shall be included in Annex 3 to the SWZ.
