The subject of the contract is maintenance and service of the extensive ICT network in the layer of directory service, e-mail and services related to the Ministry of National Defense in the amount of 13 260 hours for a period of 12 months. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the ToR.

The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the relevant provisions of the contract constituting Annex 10 to the ToR.

The contracting authority has not divided the contract into lots, thus it does not allow the submission of partial offers. The contractor may submit only one offer.

The Awarding Entity does not allow the submission of variants and requires submission of an offer based on the information contained in the ToR.
