The awarding of technical services is planned to support the BBSR in the supervision of research projects as well as the examination of funding applications for the Future Construction Research Funding of the BMWSB.

This affects areas of responsibility such as:

1. The scientific supervision of the future construction research funding in close coordination with the client, including the preliminary examination of new project outlines, the preparation and participation in the selection meeting for the selection of eligible projects, the preparation of the award of grants, the support of new and ongoing funding projects (in different stages of processing), the examination of the funding requirements, the acceptance of the research projects, as well as

2. IT services such as maintenance and expansion of an existing web-based database system.
