The City of Copenhagen has an ongoing need for pavilions for temporary accommodation of displaced persons from Ukraine, among others. The purpose of the tendered framework agreement is to ensure that the municipality can quickly cover its needs at a competitive price.
A framework agreement with 4 suppliers is offered. Suppliers compete on the framework agreement via mini-tenders.
The framework agreement includes the provision of pavilions for temporary accommodation. The draw on the framework agreement is concretised in a lease agreement, which at the same time regulates the establishment and dismantling of the building as well as any related services. The municipality's general functional requirements serve as the basis for the tender for the framework agreement, as case-specific requirements are included in the basis for the draft agreement.
