The subject of the contract is the collection of waste in the Miedźna Commune in the scope of:
Collection and management of municipal waste from owners of single-family real estate.
Collection and management of municipal waste from owners of multi-family real estate.
Collection and management of waste collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Gilowice.
Part 1 — Collection and management of municipal waste from owners of single-family properties.This part includes equipping the indicated properties with ash containers, equipping the indicated properties with big-bags for construction and demolition waste in accordance with the residents' needs, equipping the property with bags for selective waste collection, collecting and managing municipal waste generated on single-family properties and emptying street bins located within single-family buildings. The subject of the contract is described in detail in Annex 6-1 to the SWZ.
Part 2 - Collection and management of municipal waste from owners of multi-family properties.This part includes equipping the indicated properties with big-bags for construction and demolition waste in accordance with the needs of residents, equipping the property with containers for selective waste collection, collection and management of municipal waste generated on multi-family properties, washing and disinfection of waste containers and emptying street bins located within multi-family buildings. The subject of the contract is described in detail in Annex No. 6-2 to SWZ-IR.271.3.20.2022.
Part 3 — Collection and management of waste collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Gilowice.This part includes equipping PSZOK with big-bags, equipping permanent collection points with containers for selective collection of waste in the form of batteries and expired medicines, collection and management of municipal waste collected at PSZOK and permanent collection points. The subject of the contract is described in detail in Annex 6-3 to the SWZ.
