The Assignment consists of the replacement new build WZC Zonnewende 1 in Kapellen including demolition and construction of the environment.

During the construction work, the existing Residential Care Center Zonnewende 1 and 2, as well as the Assisted Houses Cederhof 1-2-3 and the Day Care Center must be accessible at all times for emergency services, personnel, visitors and suppliers. The reliability of the services (in terms of buildings and technical installations) must also be guaranteed.

To make this possible, the construction works must be carried out in phases.
