— sub-letting,

— rent reviews between landlord/tenant/subtenant,

— matters pertaining to business rates,

— specialist advice on general property matters,

— property advice disposal existing premises,

— provision of property advice, research and marketing related to all aspects the lease,

— property advice on subletting matters,

— client representation, assistance and advice in property related matters,

— advice and assistance in property related issues, building improvements and fitting out projects,

— act as liaison between the Agency and subtenant,

— provisions of non-residential property advice related to Lease agreements in place,

— preparation, provision and representation before authorities in relation to subjects above.
