The College wishes to engage an appropriately qualified and experienced contractor to carry out mechanical services response and planned maintenance works with some planned electrical services elements for the College and work alongside and in partnership as directed by the employer with other independent sole trade and multi-trade contractors engaged by the College.

The planned and preventative maintenance of the college's mechanical plant and equipment by open tender for a 3 period with options to extend for up to 2 years by mutual agreement.
