The purpose is to contract the implementation and deployment of an electronic administration platform and its Maintenance Service extendable up to 5 years at the Public University of Navarra that guarantees the integral electronic processing of all its procedures, and that allows, among others:
- The integral electronic management of the University's files.
- The integral management of the electronic registry of entries and exits of the entity, complying with the requirements of the basic regulations.
- The telematic management of the relationship with third parties, guaranteeing that it complies with the stipulations of the basic regulations.
- Integration with administrative interoperability services (PAe)
- Integration with AGE management tools.
- Integration with computer tools already available at the University
