The service is part of the Saint-Laurent A1 out-of-caisson electromechanical dismantling project (phase 5 - INB n°46).
It consists of carrying out:
- the electromechanical dismantling of adjoining premises 5HE0503, 5HE0504 and 5HE0505, located in a controlled area.
- the construction of a packaging and waste treatment workshop connected to the 5DVN ventilation system in the same adjoining premises.
The service is part of the Saint-Laurent A1 out-of-caisson electromechanical dismantling project (phase 5 - INB n°46).
The building of the premises adjoining Saint-Laurent A1 houses equipment that was used, during the operation phase of the facility, to:
- ventilation and filtration when switched off,
- Fuel Duct Rupture Detection (DRG system),
- purification of CO2 circuits.
The service includes all the studies, supplies and works necessary for the electromechanical dismantling of the adjoining premises and the construction and commissioning of a packaging and waste treatment workshop, with all the equipment necessary for its operation and industrial use.
For dismantling work:
All the equipment present in the adjoining rooms 5HE0503, 5HE0504, 5HE0505 and on the roof was dismantled, including the ADC airlock.
Only the portion of the 5DVN duct that will supply the future centralized workshop is left in place.
No dismantling operations are to be carried out in room 5HE0502 (the screened area and its contents are left in place).
The breathing air piping and electrical cables were diverted prior to the demolition of the wall between rooms 5HE0503 and 5HE0504.
The circuits at the edge of the dismantling perimeter are blocked.
Lighting, fire detection, public address systems, telephony and heating equipment are left in place.
For the construction of the workshop:
The new workshop is made up of two main airlocks: a waste sorting and conditioning airlock and a cutting airlock; as well as dressing/undressing and radiological inspection airlocks.
It is the responsibility of the Contractor to propose to EDF a design of the workshop walls that is the optimum from a technical and economic point of view and meets all the requirements described in the specifications.
Civil engineering interventions are to be expected:
- Modification and/or creation of openings and doors of adjoining premises,
- Demolition of the beds and low walls of the retention areas,
- Demolition of the masonry partition between HE0503 and HE0504,
- Raising the floor of room HE0504 in order to level with room HE0503
- Reinforcement work on the framework,
- Thresholds at the level of the exterior doors,
- Partitioning of premises.
The Contractor provides all the equipment necessary for the containment of the workshop (in particular: containment walls and frames, ventilation ducts, filtration boxes and filters, ventilation unit, dampers, spark arrestors, instrumentation and sensors necessary for the proper functioning of the installation and the control of the various equipment).
The proposed solution will have to guarantee a minimum of 10 years of operation.
