Leasing of 2 photocopiers for the in-house print shop

With this tender, the city of Bad Homburg v.d.Höhe intends to rent two new digital color production copying systems. The rental includes 45,000 free copies per month of color and 15,000 free copies per month of b/w (for both devices together).

In addition to the provision of the devices described in the service description, the total service also includes a full service contract (without paper) and the above-mentioned number of free copies. The services (full service) include all technician assignments with spare and repair parts as well as the continuous needs-based supply of toner and other consumables (no paper, no ring binders).

The devices are to be integrated into the network by the contractor when they are set up. The cabling is carried out by the client. The connections to print servers, mail servers and LDAP servers must be established.

Meter readings, automatic requests for consumables and notification of technical service must be carried out by remote monitoring.

The overall service also includes comprehensive training of the client's employees in the use of the equipment and software.
