Based on the school development plan, the city of Netphen intends to expand the grammar school at Haardtstrasse 35 into a 4-course grammar school by 12 classrooms or multifunctional rooms plus an adjoining room program.

The subject of this call for tenders is the planning services required for the realization of the new building and conversion in 3 subject lots (lot 1: property planning, lot 2: structural engineering, lot 3: technical equipment). A phased commissioning is envisaged. Planning services should start after the contract has been awarded.

Interested companies are hereby invited to apply to participate in the award process. Reference is made to the tender documents for details.

The scope of services to be commissioned is based on the HOAI 2021 stipulations and includes the planning services for work phases 1-9 of building property planning in accordance with Sections 33 et seq. of the HOAI. All basic services of the specified service phases are advertised.

The following fee parameters apply:

Building planning according to §§ 33-36 HOAI, performance profile building LP 1-9

- Fee allocation: fee zone III

- Fee rate is the minimum rate, it is possible to under/exceed the HOAI rates, see price sheet (to be submitted during the offer phase)

- Special services: Special services: The fee is quoted partly according to hourly rates and partly as a flat rate, see price sheet (to be sent during the offer phase).

- Utilities approach as a percentage, including necessary participation in regular meetings, implementation and recording of project, planning and construction meetings, office and telecommunications costs, travel costs, presentation of planning results per service phase, 1 paper copy of planning results per service phase.

In addition, the following special services are still to be provided:

-Review and evaluate side offers

-Work as responsible site manager within the meaning of LBauO

-Monitoring the rectification of defects within the limitation period

The contractor must provide any other special services to the extent that this is necessary for the success of the project. These are settled on an expense basis; the corresponding time fees must be stated in the offer.

The services advertised here are billed in accordance with the relevant contractual agreements on the basis of the respective offer.
