Description:
Requalification and extension of the Mundolsheim site of Electricité de Strasbourg

Design and construction contract for the grouping of Strasbourg's Strasbourg electricity sites on its MUNDOLSHEIM site: the Mundolsheim Operational Centre (COM).

Design-build works contract for the rehabilitation of existing buildings and new construction of the structure in two phases detailed in the consultation regulation.

The project represents a total surface area (mixed tertiary/industrial) in work of approximately 31,960 m², including approximately 19,500 m2 of tertiary area. The share of new surfaces is about 1,000 m2.

1,250 individual workstations will be installed.
