The successful tenderer will be required to provide catering services at St Paul's School for Girls.
The contract covers the scope for the provision of all catering and vending services within the School, which also includes all hospitality and free issue requirements.
It is expected that the successful contractor will be able to offer both innovation and a new food service offer which meets the needs of the pupils moving forwards into this contract term. The current range of foods needs to be expanded along with the service provision and to this end a breakfast service will be required from the commencement of this new contract.
Additional remote service points will also be required within the “Old Hall” and a branded coffee operation is sought for the separate 6th Form area, serving both pupils and staff alike. Where pupils are undertaking lunchtime activities a pre-order system will also be required.
The contract currently operates on a limited subsidy. Free school meals and hospitality will be charged based on consumption and at net food cost.
The duration of the contract being offered is three years commencing on 1.8.2013 and concluding on 31.7.2016 and will be on a guaranteed performance basis.
