The purpose of this contract is to provide in SaaS mode an IT solution for the organization and management of virtual fairs (which we will call here "Virtual JobDays"), including its implementation, hosting and maintenance, as well as the provision of services under direct management. The solution will be installed in the provider's environment and will necessarily be part of a SaaS offer.

The proposed software must be a standard package "on the shelf", existing and proven, available in French and English. Any offer based on specific tailor-made development is therefore excluded from this market.

This tool will be hosted, managed and secured by the successful bidder and accessible in "Full Web" via a simple web browser. The solution sought is therefore necessarily SaaS (Software as a Service) and available in French.

* Item 1: Provision of the platform

* Item 2: Hosting and access to the platform

* Item 3: Initialization of the lounge

* Position 4: Virtual exhibitor stand

* Position 5: Consulting under direct management

- Sub-item 5.1: "normal office hours" services (8.30 a.m. – 5.30 p.m.)

- Sub-item 5.2: interventions "outside normal business hours and Saturdays"
