Organisation of public bus services on the bus routes of Rae Parish, Harju County

The subject-matter of the contract is the carriage of passengers under ATL on the bus routes of Rae rural municipality in Harju County within the meaning of Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council for the expected period from 01.09.2023 to 31.08.2028, including the organisation of the sale of travel tickets and other services related to the public service obligation and the supervision thereof under the conditions provided for in the HD and its annexes.
