CORU requires strategic and operational HR services in-sourced as well as consultancy HR management services.
The successful tenderer must be capable of delivering both strategic and operational HR management support services that includes organisational development and implementation; workforce planning and engagement; employee and industrial relations; conflict resolution and prevention.
In additional CORU requires an in-sourced HR manager to provide cover for maternity leave, provision of a part-time or full-time onsite HR generalist and/or administrator as and when required to cover periods of leave of absence; and other related services as may be required by CORU.
Knowledge and experience of public sector HR is essential.
