By way of a framework agreement for a maximum term of two years from the conclusion of the contract (planned for mid-July 2023), a company is to be commissioned to plan and carry out events, series of events and trade fair appearances of the Bavarian State Ministry for Family, Labour and Social Affairs (StMAS) in the coming years. The framework agreement is to be unilaterally binding, i.e. the contractor unilaterally undertakes to provide the contractually agreed services on call. The events to be planned and carried out include in particular: award ceremonies for previous competitions, series of talks/web coaching, anniversary events/ceremonies/(state) receptions, trade fair appearances, inaugurations as well as conferences/congresses/kick-off events for newly launched initiatives (kick-offs).
